to buy a condo rather than continuing to pay costly hotel prices. Your
condo can then be rented out when you are away from the island.

palm! Kauai condos are consequently built in low-rise buildings.
They are also available in gated communities. Gated communities can be attractive if you intend to leave your condo vacant for
